Hey I'm not sure this is the right place, if it isn't, I am Sorry.

But I want to add a reputation calculator directly to my guild site.

<form action="http://www.wowreputationcalculator.com/index.php" method="post" accept-charset="utf-8">
<label for="name">Name:</label><input name="name" type="text">
<label for="realm">Realm:</label><input name="realm" type="text">
<input name="country" value="US" type="radio"> US
<input name="country" value="EU" type="radio"> EU
<input value="GO!" type="submit">
</form>

This is the HTML for it....the form shows up, but when I use it, it just takes me back to my guild site... teldrassilsvengeance.guildportal.com

Now I'm no programmer and have just basic skills in HTML, and practically none in CSS, so any help would be appreciated

Thanx, I have done that, and the box and form appear, but when entering a Character name and server, click the US radio button then go, just takes the page back to my guild site.

Thanx for the reply though

I've found if you add any forms to your website, they will mess up.

So if you want to add WowReputation Calculator, try using this javascript I wrote. Change the "repCalcServerName" varible (in blue) to your server and the "repCalcServerLoc" variable (in blue) to EU, US, KR, TW or CN. Then your guild member only needs to enter their name.
<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready(function(){
 // Set Server Name and Location here
 var repCalcServerName = "Blade's Edge"; // Default Server name (case in-sensitive)
 var repCalcserverLoc  = "US"; // Default (EU, US, KR, TW or CN only)

 // Don't Change anything below
 // ***************************

 $('.repCalc')
  .find('.setServerName').val(repCalcServerName).end()
  .find('.setServer').val(repCalcserverLoc);
 $('.goURL').click(function(){
  var rc = $(this).closest('.repCalc'),
   pN = rc.find('.setPlayerName').val(),
   sN = rc.find('.setServerName').val(),
   lN = rc.find('.setServer').val();
   if (pN === '') { return; }
  // http://www.wowjuju.com/repcalc#LOC_SERVER_PLAYER
  window.location = 'http://www.wowjuju.com/repcalc#' + lN + '_' + sN + '_' + pN;
 });
});
</script>
<div class="repCalc">
 Name: <input class="setPlayerName" type="text"><br>
 Realm: <input class="setServerName" type="text">
 <select class="setServer">
  <option value="EU">EU</option>
  <option value="US">US</option>
  <option value="KR">KR</option>
  <option value="TW">TW</option>
  <option value="CN">CN</option>
 </select>
 <input class="goURL" value="GO!" type="button">
</div>
<hr />
<center><a href="http://www.guildportal.com/Guild.aspx?GuildID=258012&amp;ForumID=1233963&amp;TabID=2168224&amp;TopicID=7047791"><img alt="" src="http://i201.photobucket.com/albums/aa236/Mottie1/testsite/icons/add.gif" /></a></center>
Edit (10/30/2008): Updated to disable the enter key in the input box. Fixed a problem that when this reputation calculator code is used with the search box code, it will go to the default search site after pressing enter.
Edit (1/31/2011): Updated code and changed sites to wowjuju.

Hi Fogy!

I've updated the code to now use wowjuju's reputation calculator.
