Mail Notification v6
by Mottie
Description
This mod opens a popup to notify you if you have a new mail message. It was written for users who wish to hide their top menu bar (state bar/log in bar). Or if you just want a bigger message telling you that you have mail. I've set it up to open either a growl window (timed popup) or a facebox (popup you have to close).
For more information on the custom variables, please see
this post
.
To style the growl window (pictured above), use the "Growl Window Styling" Mod or refer to
this post
.
To style the Facebox popup window, please refer to
this post

Signup Status Color v5
by Mottie
Description
This mod will add CSS classes to the character status, so you can set the color yourself with the CSS and the script will do the rest. Within the script, you can set it to just color the Status column or the entire row. This is what it will look like:
*Note: this is an old screenshot, but the code still works

Can anyone make a code that can do the following?
Showing their name colored depending on their level of access.
For example ..
Public = White
Associate = Yellow
Member = Orange
Council = Red
Officer = Light Blue
Super admin = Purple
Or any other choice of colors.
Thanks ahead to any responses to this.
If you would like to check out the site it is

The Site is Based on an app for Myspace,Fairly active.Most areas are for members only though.

Well, no idea if thats possible, but i did this a while back on my website. Hidden user name (made the link transparent, appears on hover) and used the title field to display what i wanted. The tittle accepts any kind of HMTL code so currently i have the names of my members characters color classed, and their special ranks just below using a <br>

I see what you did,Clever.
If no other recourse is found then that is def something I can use.It would take quite a while to set up for each member however.
I have had 50,000 Hits in the last two weeks.Hundreds of verified members.I guess I was hoping some genius could figure a workaround?
Thank you very much for the tips Fagulhas.
Any others?

Hey FrostmaneWar!
I'm sorry to say that something like this would have to be done server side. I don't know of any place on a website (other than the admin member list, which is not accessible to the public) that shows the person's access level.
I think using Fagulhas' brilliant idea of modifying the member title to customize the member's name would work great!
